Promotions & Coupons/Vouchers

  • My Coupon code isn't working.

    Your coupon/voucher code needs to be redeemed when you are in the checkout. If the coupon code is not recognised, you can follow these steps to see if this helps:
      - Be careful if you copy & paste the code as this adds a space at the end - this space needs to be deleted.
      - Coupon codes are case sensitive - all in UPPER CASE.
      - Make sure you've entered the coupon code exactly as it appears, check spacing, character errors and/or spelling mistakes.
      - Make sure the coupon applies to at least one item in your basket - not all items are eligible. Check the Terms & Conditions of the coupon to make sure your order meets the requirements.
    Unless otherwise stated, Promotions & Coupons will not apply to any products fulfilled by our partners NIKE and ADIDAS.

  • Redeeming parkrun vouchers

    To qualify for the parkrun £15 Off Running Shoes offer:
    - Running shoes must be in excess of £60 in value. 
    - Basket must contain an item from the parkrun Milestone range, or parkrun Apricot Performance range.
    - If redeeming your parkrun Milestone t-shirt, please enter code PRSHOE15 during the Checkout process
    - If ordering from the parkrun Apricot Performance range, the discount will automatically be applied during the Checkout process

    Please note:
    - These promotions are not applicable on products being fulfilled via the Pro:Direct Partner Program (sold on behalf of Nike and adidas)

  • Multibuy Promotions & Discounts

    - To get the saving, you must order the qualifying items within the same order at the same time.

    - Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.

  • UNiDAYS Coupon

    The Pro:Direct Student discount is redeemed via a unique promotion code which may only be used once.
    Students that are registered and verified through UNiDAYS are eligible for the student discount which will take 10% off qualifying order lines - this discount will be capped at an order value of £500
    Student discount only applies to full price products (excluding products already discounted in sale or outlet), excludes exclusive products and excludes products fulfilled via the Pro:Direct Partner Program (sold on behalf of Nike and adidas).
    Shipping costs are not included in this discount.

  • Can I use my Coupon code if the item is being fulfilled by Nike or adidas?

    Unfortunately not, all promotions offered by Pro:Direct such as personalisation, multi-buy, discounts, free gifts, affiliate orders, PFA etc, will not apply in this case.

  • Do you offer Gift Cards/Vouchers?

    I'm afraid we don't have gift vouchers available for purchase. This isn't a service that we offer at the moment, but it is constantly under review so may change in the future.
    Although we don't sell gift vouchers, we do have a great range of items on our sites that would make really great gifts. If you need a bit of advice about what would make a perfect present we'd be happy you provide some guidance.
