  • If I Pre-order a product, will I receive it on the release date?

    The Pre-Order date provided when you placed your order is the anticipated dispatch date from our warehouse and is based on the delivery schedule advised by the manufacturer. 
    We'll inform you of any delay as soon as possible by email and let you know the new expected dispatch date.
    If you've chosen to personalise your Pre-order item, please also allow an additional 4-6 days for dispatch.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    Yes we do - we have our Torre Sports Centre based in Torquay Devon, where you'll be able to buy and try on a range of Running products. It stocks a good range of our key brands, such as Brooks, Nike, adidas and ASICS.
    We are located at 215 Union Street, Torre, Torquay TQ1 4BZ.

  • Will Pro:Direct re-stock sale items?

    We don't tend to re-stock items once they go on sale - often items will be reduced in price once the line/colour has been discontinued by the manufacturer. 
    If your size is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to help with advice for an alternative, they can be contacted at customerservices@prodirectsport.com or call them on +44 (0)371 423 2020.

  • Multibuy Promotions & Discounts

    - To get the saving, you must order the qualifying items within the same order at the same time.
    - Please note that selected brands/products may be excluded from multibuy promotions and offers.
    - The discount will automatically be applied during the checkout process.
    - Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.

  • Care instructions for my personalised item

    Please take a moment to read our recommended care instructions.
    - Always wash items inside out where possible to protect the personalisation
    - Never wash with other garment types
    - Unless they are the same colour, always wash shirts and shorts separately
    - Wash shoes and apparel separately to one another
    - Wash at 30°C or below
    - Never mix light colours with dark colours
    - Avoid washing cotton with polyester in the same wash
    - Never tumble dry personalised kit
    - Iron at low temperature and never directly onto any artwork

    * Use of fabric conditioners, 3-in-1 detergents and sodium percarbonate stain removers should be avoided.

  • How do I know that I've ordered the right size?

    We use UK sizes as our main sizing format (this may vary a little depending on Brand and model of boot).
    When ordering footwear, you will have the option of selecting between UK, EU or US sizes - Please note, when you receive your order confirmation email it will show the comparative UK size. 
    We also have size comparison charts on the website for a number of products, however it you need some advice then please contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@prodirectsport.com or call us on +44 (0)371 423 2020.

  • Can I personalise my running shoes (spikes)?

    Yes, you can with our Spike ID service. Using the very latest in personalisation machinery, we offer the option to add up to five characters and a flag of your choice. The personalisation will be either heat-pressed or embroidered, based on the material, in order to ensure the most professional look possible.
    COLOURS - Our team of experts have a vast range of colours available for both heat press and stitching. They have a great deal of experience at choosing the perfect colour match depending on what shoes you purchase.
    MESSAGE LENGTH - The length of your personalisation varies depending on your product and size. Please note that a blank space is classed as a character.
    TURN AROUND TIME - Please allow an additional 4 - 6 dispatch days for personalised orders.

  • Can I personalise my boots with just a flag?

    Yes. If you want to keep things simple and have a flag on its own with no name personalisation, simply select the relevant option in our customisation menu.
    To give your boots the best possible look, we’ll position the flag on the medial (inner) side for embroidered personalisation orders, or on the lateral (outer) side for heat pressed personalisation orders.

     
  • Do you offer Gift Cards/Vouchers?

    I'm afraid we don't have gift vouchers available for purchase. This isn't a service that we offer at the moment, but it is constantly under review so may change in the future.
    Although we don't sell gift vouchers, we do have a great range of items on our sites that would make really great gifts. If you need a bit of advice about what would make a perfect present we'd be happy you provide some guidance.
