  • I think you have sent me the wrong size, what do I do?

    Please check the larger of the two neck labels for the size. There is a small tag next to the main label – M stands for Men’s (not Medium!) / W for Women’s.

  • What are the delivery charges for parkrun t-shirts?

    Standard postage costs are currently as follows:
    - UK - £4.50 (UK customers only - if you spend £20 or more you will get free delivery)

    - Finland - £9.95
    - France - £5.70
    - Germany - £4.70
    - Ireland - £6.95

  • I'm having trouble logging on to view my parkrun order.

    You need to register a Pro:Direct account to view to view your order progress, unfortunately your parkrun log in credentials won’t apply!   • Can I bundle all the claims on one order and save on postage?

    Yes you can. You will need to link through from each of your parkrun accounts, and you can then checkout with more than one t-shirt in your basket. 

    For UK customers, remember that if you spend £20 or more, you will get free P&P for this order.

  • Redeeming parkrun vouchers

    To qualify for the parkrun £15 Off Running Shoes offer:
    - Running shoes must be in excess of £60 in value. 
    - Basket must contain an item from the parkrun Milestone range, or parkrun Apricot Performance range.
    - If redeeming your parkrun Milestone t-shirt, please enter code PRSHOE15 during the Checkout process
    - If ordering from the parkrun Apricot Performance range, the discount will automatically be applied during the Checkout process

  • How long will my parkrun t-shirt take to arrive?

    Your delivery address will determine the delivery timescale. Please log in to My Account and go to My Orders to track the progress of your delivery.

  • How do I claim my parkrun milestone t-shirt?

    To order your parkrun milestone t-shirt, please sign into your parkrun profile by visiting

    - Follow the link to ‘manage my profile’. This link can be found in any parkrun newsletters and in any of your run results emails.
    - Follow the link to ‘collect and print your barcode’ in your registration confirmation email.
    - This will take you to the ‘my links’ page and from here click on ‘my progress’.
    - If your profile has been activated, you’ll be sent to a product page where you’ll be able to select your size and check out. (Please note, Postage and Packaging charges apply).

  • Can I buy a replacement parkrun t-shirt?

    For the foreseeable future, parkrun t-shirts are earned and cannot be redeemed without achieving a milestone. Right now, we can only provide milestone t-shirts for each eligible parkrunner based on the milestone achieved.
