  • I'm having trouble logging in to create my parkrun order?

    You will need to register a Pro:Direct account to place your milestone order, unfortunately your parkrun log in credentials will not be valid on the Pro:Direct website. If you would like support with creating  your Pro:Direct account, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservices@prodirectsport.com.

  • Can I order from Sweden, Denmark or Finland?

    Yes you can - The parcel will be shipped to your home address with Fedex (P2P) but once in country they will take to a PUDO (pick up, drop off) point and then message/e-mail you to confirm where it is. You will have to take ID to collect for security measures however, this is common in these counties

  • I think you have sent me the wrong size, what do I do?

    Please check the larger of the two neck labels for the size. There is a small tag next to the main label – M stands for Men’s (not Medium!) / W for Women’s.

  • My Tee is faulty, what should I do?

    If you believe your item has developed a fault please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience and we will help to resolve this for you

  • How do I claim my parkrun milestone t-shirt?

    To order your parkrun milestone t-shirt, please sign into your parkrun profile by visiting https://www.parkrun.com/signin/

    - Follow the link to ‘manage my profile’. This link can be found in any parkrun newsletters and in any of your run results emails. 

    - Head to the ‘my links’ page in your profile and from here click on ‘my progress’.

    - If your link has been activated, you’ll then be sent to a product page where you’ll be able to select your size and check out.

    *Please note it may take up to two weeks to receive your link from the moment you achieved your Milestone

  • How long will my parkrun t-shirt take to arrive?

    Your delivery address will determine the delivery timescale. Any estimated dates will be given to you at the checkout upon selection of delivery method.

    Please log in to My Account and go to My Orders to track the progress of your delivery.

  • Can I bundle all the claims on one order?

    Yes you can. You will need to link through from each of your parkrun accounts, and you can then check out with more than one t-shirt in your basket. 

    To confirm that postage is already included in the price.

     

  • Why am I being charge for my Milestone Tee?

  • My link has expired and I can't order my Tee?

    Unfortunately, if the link has expired, this will need to be reactivated in order for you to process the order.  To do this, simply fill in the form found in the link below and raise the request with parkrun directly.
