Brooks Ghost 7 Beetroot Purple / Black / Silver

The updated Brooks Ghost 7 features a full-length S-257 Cushsole, which is an energy-efficient midsole compound for more cushioning & flexibility. And for the globe-conscious runner, the midsole of the Ghost 7 is also engineered with BioMoGo DNA, the world's first biodegradable midsole that customises cushioning to your individual stride.

The Ghost 7’s upper benefits from a Profile Sockliner, synthetic overlays and moisture-managing Element mesh, which is light and supple without sacrificing durability and comfort.

A Segmented Crash Pad provides flexibility and Omega Flex Grooves permits dynamic runs without compromising cushioning, while HPR Plus on the outsole is Brooks’ extremely durable outsole compound.

If you have a regular-high arch, your feet underpronate, which means your ankles either don't roll inwards or don’t roll inwards enoughwhen you run. Normally this movement would help to absorb shock every time your feet strike the ground and, sincethis doesn't happen, you should choose a neutral shoe that encourages your feet to roll in more naturally.
