The Saucony Guide 8 arrives with even more flexibility and a seamless forefoot designed to maximise comfort and minimise weight. Its SRC Impact Zone now extends further into the midfoot, to create a full ground contact experience and an improved transition.

Hot-melted film creates a seamless feel in the toe box, while RUNDRY lining wicks away moisture for a dry, comfortable run.

In the midsole, POWERGRID creates an exceptionally smooth, responsive ride to complement a co-moulded medial post and 8mm offset for ultimate stability and control.

The Guide 8’s outsole has reconfigured flex grooves that create an even more flexible forefoot, while XT-900 carbon rubber takes care of durability.

Size Guide

If you have a normal arch, your feet overpronate, which means they roll inwards too far when you run. A normal inward movement allows for the natural absorption of shock, but overpronators can be susceptible to injuries. This means you should choose a shoe with supportive, structured cushioning, allowing the shoe to support the trait.
