The engineered mesh upper creates a secure, snug and comfortable fit while the Flywire cables help lock the foot down for dynamic midfoot support.

Made with an ultra-soft injected unit sole foam in the midsole, the Nike Free Run provides such durable cushioning that it doubles as the outsole, drastically reducing the overall weight of the shoe.

Strategically placed rubber pods at the heel and big toe add traction to the outsole whilst simultaneously enhancing the shoe’s durability. The addition of flex grooves helps promote multidirectional flexibility and natural motion.

Features Include:
  • Engineered mesh upper delivers a close comfortable fit
  • Flywire cables provides dynamic midfoot support
  • Updated Nike Free 5.0 platform offers lightweight flexible cushioning
  • Grade school size range: 3.5y-7y

Structured

If you have a normal arch, your feet overpronate, which means they roll inwards too far when you run. A normal inward movement allows for the natural absorption of shock, but overpronators can be susceptible to injuries. This means you should choose a shoe with supportive, structured cushioning, allowing the shoe to support the trait.
