If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes & Accessories item purchased from Pro-Direct Running, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact on shoes, accessories and clothing.
A note about sizing: Many of our goods are sized to be sold internationally, it is possible that some items of footwear or clothing will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive an item that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, it is most likely an equivilent size in another convention. please be sure to try on the item to confirm any incorrect sizes before returning items to us.

The upper of the Saucony ProGrid Guide 3 features memory foam for long lasting and individually tailored comfort, a hydrator collar lining and Comfortride sockliner for added comfort with lightweight breathable mesh and an HRC Strobel Board which increases cushioning and step- in comfort.

Midsole of the Saucony ProGrid Ride 3 features heel ProGrid, Saucony's latest cushioning technology that absorbs impact, dissipates shock and provides a seamless transition from heel through to the forefoot, SRC Xtra forefoot cushioning for a smooth toe-off, SRC impact zone for shock absorption and smooth transition with dual density impulse EVA and SRC XTRA forefoot cushioning for supreme comfort.
