If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes & Accessories item purchased from Pro-Direct Running, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact on shoes, accessories and clothing.
A note about sizing: Many of our goods are sized to be sold internationally, it is possible that some items of footwear or clothing will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive an item that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, it is most likely an equivilent size in another convention. please be sure to try on the item to confirm any incorrect sizes before returning items to us.

Through intense and continuous research, Nike has discovered that the velocity of pronation can be positively influenced with the help of dynamic technologies such as a soft PU crash pad and isolated outsole.

These technologies allow an independent ‘hinge’ to slow the rate of pronation and work in conjunction with a dual density midsole and footbridge to decrease the degree of pronation.
