If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes & Accessories item purchased from Pro-Direct Running, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact on shoes, accessories and clothing.
A note about sizing: Many of our goods are sized to be sold internationally, it is possible that some items of footwear or clothing will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive an item that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, it is most likely an equivilent size in another convention. please be sure to try on the item to confirm any incorrect sizes before returning items to us.

Sozo Studio developed the Dynamo Fit by analyzing a high speed video which showed how shoes distort in the collar and heel counter during the gait cycle resulting in loss of fit and causing heel slippage. The DynaMotion Fit system allows the upper of the shoe to interact with the movement of the foot relieving the stress on the upper which causes the distortion and results in fit being maintained throughout the full range of movement.
