If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes & Accessories item purchased from Pro-Direct Running, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact on shoes, accessories and clothing.
A note about sizing: Many of our goods are sized to be sold internationally, it is possible that some items of footwear or clothing will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive an item that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, it is most likely an equivilent size in another convention. please be sure to try on the item to confirm any incorrect sizes before returning items to us.

The Brooks Cascadia 4 trail running shoe is designed to enhance balance and grip on uneven surfaces. The Ballistic rock shield technology provides feet with vital protection from rocks and blisters, helping the wearer feel more comfortable and perform to a higher level for longer. Grip is kept to a high level by the durable outsole compound which creates great wet-dry traction to prevent skidding on a variety of tricky surfaces, whilst the smart shoe uppers prevent water from being absorbed to keep the foot dry and more comfortable. Providing a great fit for the neutral runner or slight overpronator, the Cascadia 3 is tough enough to perform to the highest level on those rough, wet, steep off road surfaces.
