If for any reason you are unhappy with a Shoes & Accessories item purchased from Pro-Direct Running, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags must be intact on shoes, accessories and clothing.
A note about sizing: Many of our goods are sized to be sold internationally, it is possible that some items of footwear or clothing will be labelled according to US or EU sizing conventions. If you receive an item that appears to be labelled in a different size than what was ordered, it is most likely an equivilent size in another convention. please be sure to try on the item to confirm any incorrect sizes before returning items to us.

It provides every runner with adaptive cushioning in the three key anatomical areas toes, midfoot and heel. The Heel Cradle of the Trance 10 optimises the fit on the heel and provides even more stability whilst an additional midfoot arch saddle ensures more support and guidance in the midfoot region.

What is DNA™?

BROOKS DNA™ always offers a perfect balance between shock absorption and energy feedback. The material itself is less of a solid than an extremely viscous liquid that behaves like millions of small elastic springs on a molecular level. The ground-breaking BROOKS DNA™ shock absorption technology hence immediately adjusts to the specific biomechanics, speed and weight of every runner.
The new shock absorption technology benefits from optimal energy feedback. With conventional sole materials, the energy feedback peters out as the impact force rises.
